The Farm

A small farm, which develops in one of the few plateaus in the most extreme part of the island,

The olive grove

The plant was built ex-novo in 2001. The olive trees used are of fine varieties, typical of Tuscany, such as Leccino, Moraiolo, Coregiolo, Frantoio and Pendolino in order to obtain a quality extra virgin oil (PDO) and also start a production of "pure" oil therefore made with individual varieties of olives.

Orchard and vegetables

The company has also created a new orchard. Fruit plants are cherry trees, apricots, figs, pears, apple trees and citrus fruits.

From our land to your table

The company has portions of land with horticultural crops, grown naturally, without any use of chemical treatments and fertilisers.

All high-quality production is used in the company for the preparation of meals and tastings.
