The estate welcomes the main Villa which, although available only for exclusive use, offers maximum privacy: 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom and a Junior suite consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom, each one with an independent entrance, common areas dedicated to conviviality and a professional kitchen.
Spaces designed to guarantee privacy, comfort and absolute freedom, ideal for shared stays without giving up your private dimension.
The property is completed by a Mediterranean swimming pool that can be heated on request, a club house, a spa circuit with massage room, panoramic terraces and five "rooms in the woods": relaxation areas between the woods and the sea, with wooden deck, rattan sunbeds and mini heated pools with whirlpool.

Our "rooms with history", each with independent entrance and private bathroom, inside the 18th century Tuscan residence, furnished with vintage furniture, Persian carpets, fine paintings and bathrooms with Jacuzzi showers.
The rooms are divided as follows:
- 1 Junior Suite Lentisco, consisting of two double bedrooms and 1 bathroom
- 4 double rooms: Imperiale, Corbezzolo, Ginestra, Helicriso all with bathroom.
