By car: highway A 12 Livorno – Grosseto – Rome exit Venturina then turn into S.S 298 direction Piombino-Isola d’Elba.


At Piombino port you can find ferryboats for Isola d’Elba: Toremar (www.toremar.it) with stops at Marina e Portoferraio; Moby (www.moby.it) with stops only at Portoferraio.

From Rio Marina provincial road 26, direction Cavo about 5 Km ahead at the fork CalaSeregola follow indications for  “Il Termine”.


On foot: from Piombino port, Toremar embarkations for Rio Marina or for Cavo ( by hydrofoil you can arrive in 20 min.); From Cavo and Rio Marina transfer by private jeep for  “Il Termine”.

Distance from the sea

We are really next to the small village called Cavo, to its beaches (10 minutes) and to the small village called Rio Marina (5 km).
The road to the farmhouse continues to Calaseregola bay one of the most beautiful sand beaches of the east coast, 2,5 Km far from it and it entirely winds along the Mineral Park.
In this private area transfers are thereby easy and completely safe.If you follow another way connected to the provincial road, which is 1,2 Km far from the  “Il Termine”, direction Rio Marina or Cavo, you can find many small and remarkable beaches.Some of them are directly reachable by car.
